Payment on delivery

Cash on Delivery is available. Please have the payment ready when the courier arrives and make sure someone is available to receive the parcel.

Problems with delivery

If your order is late, shows as delivered but has not arrived, or arrives damaged, email support@zivbay.com with your order number and we will look into it.
